1. Operators must be trained and qualified before they can start working.
2. Operators must wear labor protection products to prevent electric shock, burns, arc eye injury and mechanical damage.
3. The welding site should maintain a good safety environment, and objects that hinder safety should be cleaned up, and attention should be paid to fire prevention, explosion prevention, dust prevention and ventilation.
4. Before going to work, check whether the welding machine is normal, and lubricate each lubrication point according to regulations to keep the moving parts flexible.
5. If there is no problem after inspection, the equipment can be adjusted according to the welding method and welding process of the shift for welding.
6. Pay attention to safety when hanging the welded parts, place them gently, and place them in the correct position.
7. Various welding methods should be operated according to the regulations in the manual.
8. During the welding process, always pay attention to the flexibility of the movement of each travel switch, whether the mechanical protection block is loose and damaged, and report any problems to the production manager in time to send someone to deal with them.
9. When adding flux to the funnel, be careful not to spill the flux onto the slide plate screw and guide column to avoid accelerated wear and jamming. If spilled, it must be cleaned up in time.
10. After work, turn off the power, clean up the site, and clean the dust on the moving parts of the guide rails, screws and nuts.
