CNC Cylinder Welding Machine

Automatic CNC cylinder welding machine is designed for welding single-end of flange and hydraulic cylinder bottom. This machine is mainly used for automatic welding of cylinder annular seams. 2. Electrical control uses Siemens PLC, flexible and reliable control. The control panel is fixed on the side of the equipment. It will be convenient to operate.

3. Welding form and welding specification can be preset, stored and called. The touch screen human-machine interface can be used to easily change parameters and status conversion. Welding length, arc striking and closing time, welding current, voltage and welding speed, welding torch swing frequency, swing amplitude, swing time during welding, welding torch automatic lifting time, lifting distance, lifting times, etc. can all be input through the touch screen interface.

4. Pneumatic feeding and swing lifting mechanism of welding gun: The welding gun is driven by the cylinder to move forward and backward to realize the conversion between preparation and welding positions. The high torque swing and lifting motor can ensure long service life, increase the width of the weld, multi-layer and multi-pass welding, improve the aesthetics of the weld, and ensure the penetration depth. The swing speed, swing distance, swing time of the welding gun during welding, and the automatic lifting distance and number of lifting times of the welding gun are controlled by Siemens PLC.
