Standard requirements for lap joints of scaffolding Ledger:
1. Overlap length: The lap length of the scaffolding poles should meet the standard to ensure the stability of the scaffolding. During the overlap process, different overlap lengths can be selected according to the height and load of the scaffolding, but generally not less than 1.5 times the pole diameter, nor less than 800mm.
2. Docking method: The docking method of the scaffolding poles should meet the standard to ensure a firm docking. Generally, the bolt-type docking is adopted, and the pipe clamp or the clamp-type docking can also be adopted. When docking, the horizontality and verticality of the two poles should be ensured, and the docking interface should be flat and free of burrs.
3. Fixing method: After the docking is completed, the two poles should be fixed in a fixed manner to ensure the stability of the scaffolding. The fixing method can be fixed by wire rope, bolts, nuts, etc., and at the same time, it must be ensured that the fixation is firm and reliable.
