Main Features

Pipe supporter is flexible and convenient to automatically load and unload pipes in the process of welding. The supporter will move along round rails. Space between supporters can be adjusted according to pipe length.

To make sure the arc's stable, we use the top quality of welding source for our automatic welding machines. That controls heat input for good penetration, also can reduce spatter and smoke. Every set machine will have 2 pcs welding source equipment.
4. Adopting International top brand Siemens Industrial series PLC and touch screen, which are used to control the whole machine.

Specifications for erecting scaffolding for exterior walls:
1. Before erecting the scaffolding, the erection plan should be determined according to the characteristics of the work and the construction process. The content should include: foundation treatment, erection requirements, rod spacing and wall tie rod setting location, connection method, and draw construction details and large drawings.
2. If the erection height of the scaffolding exceeds the specifications, calculations must be performed.
(1) When the erection dimensions of the coupler-type steel pipe scaffolding meet the following table, the corresponding rods can no longer be designed and calculated. However, the bearing capacity of the wall tie and the foundation of the vertical pole should still be designed and calculated according to the actual load and the construction drawings should be drawn.
(2) When the erection height is 25-50m, the overall stability of the scaffolding should be strengthened from the structural point of view. For example, longitudinal scissor braces must be set continuously, transverse scissor braces must be added, the strength of the wall tie rods must be increased accordingly, the spacing must be reduced, and in windy areas, for scaffolding with a height of more than 40m, the upward force of wind vortex should be considered. At the same time as setting horizontal wall ties, there should also be wall tie measures to resist the upward flow, etc., to ensure the safety of scaffolding.
(3) When the scaffolding height exceeds 50m, double vertical poles can be used for reinforcement or segmented unloading. The scaffolding and beam-slab structure can be suspended with steel wire ropes along the full height of the scaffolding, and part of the scaffolding load can be transferred to the building; or segmented scaffolding can be used to transfer the load of each section of the scaffolding to the cantilever beams and frames extending from the building, and the design and calculation must be carried out.
(4) The design and calculation of the scaffolding must comply with the relevant provisions of the scaffolding specifications and be approved by the technical person in charge of the enterprise.
3. The scaffolding construction plan should be consistent with the type of scaffolding erected on the construction site. When the scaffolding type needs to be changed on site, the scaffolding plan must be revised and approved before construction can begin.
