Main Features

Our Mig Circular welding machine is cladding with two heads simultaneously on one roll. One Submerged Arc Welding type head, and one MIG Welding Type head. You can choose one of them when welding as needed.

Japan OMRON PLC and touch screen are used to control the whole mig Circular Welding Machine. With the help of touch man-machine interface, welding mode and specification can be preset, stored and retrieved.

The wire feeder has standard rollers. It has a straightening function with the possibility of changing the feeding rollers as needed. Push-type wire feeder works stably.

6. Tailstock Clamping Mechanism

The pneumatic tailstock can be adjusted along machine body to meet the requirements of various kinds of welding. The tank is pressed pneumatically and rotates.
