1. GloryTech Steel structure grid welding machine is Mainly used for automatically welding flange / space frame structure circular seam of various specifications. Melting thickness and width reach working requirement. Welding penetration and leakage test will be qualified. With uniform and smooth welding appearance.

2. MIG welding. Machine will be programmed to walk out of the welding path.

3. Stable structure: The major body of the equipment possesses strength that the welding provides as a fair amount of rigidity to the whole structure enabling it to hold vibrations and pressure experienced during the welding cycles.

4. Precise control: The control system adequately manages the welding parameters, which in turn the sensors are central in assuring the desirable quality of welds and enhancing overall welding efficiency.

Adopting Siemens PLC control system for the whole Steel structure grid welding machine. With the help of touch screen, welding mode and specification can be preset, stored and retrieved.

Adopts HMI touch screen as the input/output interface. The weld length and other parameters can be input via this interface.
