PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

High-Precision Welding
This production line utilizes an NB-350A welding power source and a precision positioning cylinder to automatically weld the roller end caps to the tube body.

Automated and Highly Efficient
This system integrates pipe feeding, bearing installation, welding, and cooling. With an air pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa and shielding gas consumption of only 15 liters/minute, it can produce hundreds of rollers per shift.

Strong Compatibility
This system supports the rapid installation of 6205 bearings through automated positioning and welding.
