1. The Automatic roller assembly machine for rollers usually consists of the following parts: main machine, press-fitting head/mold, control system and conveying system.
2. Precise positioning: Through the precise control system, the equipment can accurately position the rollers to ensure the correct press-fitting position.
3. Powerful functions: It can be applied to rollers of different sizes and usually has good versatility.
4. Put the workpiece on middle of the support, mount the bearing and seal to be pressed on fitting shaft. In the two ends are hydraulic cylinders which provide force.
