3. Automatic arc welder machine is installed automatic welding torch. It have a longer working life than manual torch.

4. Main Body Frame

The mainframe consists base, column and etc. The base is assembled and welded from the square tubes and plates with the upper surface machined. The tailstock can be adjusted along the guide rails and the spacing can be adjusted to meet the requirements of various kinds of welding.

Adopts HMI touch screen as the input/output interface. The weld length and other parameters can be input via this interface.

6. The automatic space frame pipe welding machine system is based on circular welding on both flanges with pipe for fastest production and uniform welding. It helps operator be safe from burning skin of continuous welding process.
