Steel Space Frame Welding Machine

1. The automatic steel space frame welding machine system is based on circular welding on both flanges with pipe for fastest production and uniform welding. It helps operator be safe from burning skin of continuous welding process.

Adopts HMI touch screen as the input/output interface. The weld length and other parameters can be input via this interface.

3. Program can be set arc start time, arc end time and welding angle. These functions can meet users' special welding requirement.

4. Push-type wire feeder is installed in machine. Short distance wire of feeding and stable wire feeding.

5. Siemens PLC and industrial touch screen are used to control the full welding process. The operation is simple and convenient. The welding performance is stable and reliable.

6. The Steel Space Frame Welding machine is designed to work with a variety of pipe sizes, ranging from small-diameter pipes to large-diameter pipes.

Classification of Space Frame:
It can be divided into double-layer plate grid structure, single-layer and double-layer shell grid structure. The rods of plate grid and double-layer shell grid are divided into upper chord, lower chord and web, which mainly bear tension and pressure; the rods of single-layer shell grid, in addition to tension and pressure, also bear bending moment and shear force. Most of the grid structures in China adopt plate grid structure.
Composition form
The first category is composed of plane truss system, including two-way orthogonal grid, two-way orthogonal oblique grid, two-way oblique oblique grid and three-way grid.
The second category is composed of quadrangular pyramid units, including five forms: upright quadrangular pyramid grid, upright hollow quadrangular pyramid grid, oblique quadrangular pyramid grid, chessboard quadrangular pyramid grid and star quadrangular pyramid grid.
The third category is composed of triangular pyramid units, including three forms: triangular pyramid grid, hollow triangular pyramid grid and honeycomb triangular pyramid grid. Shell-type grid structures are mainly divided into cylindrical shell-type grids, spherical shell-type grids and hyperbolic paraboloid shell-type grids according to the shell surface form. Grid structures are divided into steel grids, reinforced concrete grids and combined grids composed of steel and reinforced concrete according to the materials used, among which steel grids are more commonly used.
