PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Scaffolding Making Machine is an automated machine used to produce scaffolding pipe fittings. It supports the processing of steel pipes with a diameter of 10-100mm and a length of 200-3000mm.

The wire feeder operates stably, providing high welding voltage and consistent wire feeding speed, ensuring reliable arc ignition. Our automatic welding machine also supports low welding voltage and low welding current for crater filling.

The pipe supporter enables automatic loading and unloading of pipes during the welding process with flexibility and ease. It moves along circular rails, and the spacing between supporters can be adjusted according to the pipe length. This design increases productivity and reduces workers' labor intensity.

The machine is equipped with shielding covers to protect the operator from arc damage. The design is well-suited to ensure that it does not interfere with the unloading process.
