Main Structure and Features

1. Machine Layout
This solution included 16 sets 350A welding power source, 16 sets wire feeder, 8 sets movable torch mechanism (head), 16pcs welding torch, 6pcs tooling fixture, 1 set shielding door, 1 set automatic feeding table and conveyor feeding table, 1 set automatic unloading unit.
2. Automatic Ringlock/ cuplock welding Machine main operating steps:
Machine Manually install the ferrule at the installation station → hydraulically deliver the pipe → enter the welding station from the installation station → pneumatic tailstock press the pipe → spot welding/hanging welding → return to the installation station, and the machine welds the ferrule → repeat the cycle of manual installation of the ferrule, welding, and loading.
3. There are total 12pcs welding torch for welding circular seam. Welding torch can be manually adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn. They maximize throughout, and welding deformation can be reduced significantly.




4. Industrial Siemens PLC and torch screen are used to control the whole machine. With the help of touch man-machine interface, welding mode and specification can be preset, stored and retrieved. There will be fault alarm and indication during welding process.

5. As cuplock scaffold production line, suggest other machines for reference.
